Users can answer on a desk phone, a desktop softphone, or a mobile app — the same extension follows them. Provisioning for common Yealink and Poly handsets is zero-touch.

- Can I use my existing SIP phones?
- Most standards-compliant SIP handsets work. Yealink and Poly models provision automatically; others can be configured manually.
- What internet do I need?
- Roughly 100 kbps up and down per concurrent call. Any modern business broadband connection handles a small office comfortably.
