Privacy Policy

What information we collect, why we collect it, and the limits on how it can be used or shared — including your CPNI protections.

Effective July 20, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of our services.

  • Contact and account information: name, business name, email address, telephone number, and service address.
  • Billing information: billing address and payment records. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — they do not reach our servers.
  • Service usage information: call detail records, data usage, SIM and device identifiers, and network diagnostics.
  • Website information: pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP address.

2. Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

As a telecommunications provider, certain information about your service — including call records, the services you subscribe to, and how you use them — is Customer Proprietary Network Information protected under federal law.

We use CPNI to provide and bill for your service. We do not sell CPNI. We will not use CPNI for marketing services outside your existing service relationship without your approval, and we will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as you authorize.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, provision, maintain, and support your services.
  • Bill you and process payments.
  • Respond to your support and sales inquiries.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and abuse of the network.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including lawful requests from government authorities.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who need it to deliver our services, and only under contract.

  • Payment processing: Stripe, Inc.
  • Underlying network and carrier partners required to provision and route your service.
  • Number porting: the carriers involved in a port request.
  • Law enforcement and regulators, when required by valid legal process.

5. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterward as required by tax, accounting, and telecommunications recordkeeping obligations. Call detail records are retained in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations. Residents of certain states, including California, Nevada, and Virginia, may have additional rights under state privacy law.

To make a request, contact support@pro-comms.us. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Cookies

This website uses cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for site function, including remembering the contents of your shopping cart. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are sold to businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted here before taking effect.
