Pro Comms US is a business communications provider based in Las Vegas, NV, serving small and mid-sized businesses across the continental United States.
We sell five things: business wireless with true BYOD, landlines for the equipment that legally requires them, toll-free numbers, cloud VoIP, and data SIMs for IoT deployments. Buy one, or take the whole package on a single invoice.
The market we serve is deliberately narrow: businesses too small to command enterprise attention and too serious to be treated like consumers. That is a real gap, and it is the only one we are trying to fill.
How we operate
Four commitments we will be held to.
- Publish the price
- Every rate is on the website. If a number is not published, it is because it genuinely depends on a site survey — and we say so rather than hiding it behind a form.
- No term traps
- Month-to-month on every service, with no early termination fee. If we are worth keeping, we should have to earn it every month.
- Own the whole stack
- When a call fails, nobody should be asking whether it is the carrier, the PBX vendor, or the ISP. One provider means one answer.
- Devices are yours
- We do not finance handsets or bury a subsidy in your rate plan. Buy your own unlocked hardware and pay us only for service.
