Terms of Service
The agreement between your business and Pro Comms covering ordering, billing, cancellation, and use of our communications services.
Effective July 20, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of communications services provided by Pro Comms US ("Pro Comms", "we", "us"). By ordering, activating, or using any service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. Services
We provide business wireless, landline, toll-free, cloud VoIP, and IoT data connectivity services. Service descriptions, features, and pricing are published on this website and may be updated with reasonable notice.
Service is available only within our published service area: the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not provide service in Alaska, Hawaii, or United States territories.
3. Eligibility and business use
Our services are sold for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business entity on whose behalf you are contracting.
4. Billing and payment
Recurring services are billed monthly in advance. One-time charges are billed on the invoice following the order. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Published prices exclude taxes, regulatory recovery fees, Universal Service Fund contributions, 911 surcharges, and other government-imposed charges, which are itemized on your invoice.
5. Term and cancellation
Services are month-to-month unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may cancel any service effective at the end of the current billing period. There is no early termination fee.
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or as required by law.
6. Bring your own device
You are responsible for ensuring that any device you activate is fully unlocked, lawfully owned by you, not reported lost or stolen, and technically compatible with our network. We may decline or deactivate any device that does not meet these conditions.
7. Number porting
Number portability is subject to the rules of the FCC and the practices of the losing carrier. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete ports promptly, but we cannot guarantee port timelines or approval by another carrier.
8. Emergency services (911)
VoIP and certain wireless services have limitations on 911 calling that differ from traditional landline service, including dependence on your internet connection, commercial power, and the accuracy of the registered service address you provide.
You are responsible for keeping your registered service address current. You should maintain an alternative means of contacting emergency services.
9. Service levels and availability
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Network availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party carriers, weather, and events outside our control. Specific service level commitments, where offered, are stated in a separate written agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the affected service during the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through this website before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to support@pro-comms.us. Our principal place of business is Las Vegas, NV.
